I have been in real estate for 13 years now and prior to that I was a Data Centre Manager working in IT and Consulting. 

In real estate I enjoy doing commercial deals but like to focus on investing for clients. I am proficient in pre-construction sales with excellent connections to developers to be first to buy for my clients and take the sale all the way through to the end including renting out the unit and/or flipping it.
